over-priced buffet

the dinner is buffet only at $35 a person. not a bad price if the food is worth it. well, it's not. the crab legs are the only good thing. the dessert selection was store bought and it was not good! the large aquarium is a sight to see. it seems to be the reason people go there. definitely not a place to eat good seafood in hawaii.

Fine, Fine Dining

Give yourself a treat and dine at Neptune's Garden. This restaurant is for those who want a fine dining experience and not an eat and go meal. It's fine dining but there isn't any snootiness here. We went on a Thursday night and got to hear Benny Chong and Byron Yasui play. These guys were great and very approachable. I ordered the Steak Diane and it was sublime!!! It was a bit pricey but we used a coupon from one of those tourist publications and got 50% off our second entree. The staff didn't make you feel ""cheap"" for using it, in fact they asked us if we had one. I definitely recommend this place for a relaxed and delicious meal.

Best restaurant on Waikiki

We dined at numerous nice restaurants during our stay but this was hands down the best restaurant!

We arrived late on a week night and were the last ones to leave. We were honored with excellent service, never feeling rushed. They also had a live jazz duo playing for half the time we were there that was very good.

We each had a couple of drinks and split the fresh fish sampler, which was 5 fishes prepared differently. This was the best seafood that I have ever tasted. This meal also included a soup or salad for each of us and fresh baked bread. After dinner our waiter brought us a complimentary bowl of sorbet.

There is a $30 coupon in the entertainment book, our total bill was only $75 with a generous tip.

Forgot to mention the 3 story, 30,000 gallon aquarium inside the restaurant, quite a site!
