I don't know where to even start. Homophobic and sexist remarks are made at board meetings to residents and board members who complain. When the actual company Hawaiian Properties ltd was informed of (un)professional behavioral problems they took the side of their employees with no questions asked even though they know there is a history of problems here reported by different groups of residents. Complaints are NOT taken care of and residents and minority board members are bullied and I feel, harassed. There has been drug use and drinking/partying in common areas, when a group of residents complained at a board meeting they were laughed at and taunted by the property manger while the resident manager played ignorant. The building has ant problems and resident problems (serious noise issues, parking in others spots, general lack of rule enforcement) are ignored to the point where physical and verbal conflict is not unheard of. They create ghettos, not communities. PLEASE look at other management companies and read the review below from 2010, this is not an isolated incident.
If you are having a similar situation in a building managed by them please feel free to contact me. A group of us have started communicating and it has proved to be very helpful.
A waste of time with this property. They are unprofessional in every aspect. You never get a call back. They loose your paperwork (more than once). Such a burden to deal with. It's the kind of company that cares little about establish a long term relation with their client. The receptionist are rude and very un helpful. Someone should really let Masayuki Tokioka that his values of fairness, honesty, responsiveness and reliability are NO where near what the staff is providing. The quality of service you get here can be rated as a bunch of intern high school student.

I have been writing and calling Mr. Tucker for Months. He never returns my calls and sent a lawyer after me AFTER we had made arrangements. As long as they get your money, they dont care about you. They need an overhaul of the company, management, and customer service!
The feedback from Hawaiian Properties Ltd. is extremely disappointing. The correspondence came back from the management manager was 2 months late, lacks valid facts and blame the victim (us) of condition resulted from un-reinforced building house rule and from an extremely hostile security guard hired by them, using maintenance fee we paid every month. We also received a threatening phone call from the management manager in attempt to shut up our safety concerns, sounding extremely annoyed by our request for assistance. Extremely rude and did not provide professional customer service that they promised to provide. There is such thing as taking other’s money and not providing promised service / product. We experienced firsthand of such phenomenon with Hawaiian Properties Ltd.
This company is dishonest. They told us to call anytime if there is problem. Called the direct number they provided at the time and date specified with them, no answer, left message. Call again the next day, no answer, and left message again. By now it appears strange because none of our e-mail is been delivered to their e-mail server and has no responses. We called their main office number instead and asked the operator to transfer our call. The person we are supposed to speak to pick up the phone at 2nd ring. No apology why he missed our appointment previous day and no apology why he didn't answer the phone 10 minutes prior. We warn anybody dealing with this company to be aware. They will take your money and if they don't like to deal with certain issues, they will just straight out ignore you, block out your e-mail from their server and never apologizes.
