Customer Service Beyond Expectations

As busy as I am, I was unable to go down to the store in town so I used the website to place my order and was unsure about ordering for my particular ""huggable"" size that I am.

The company sent me a size 3 but I meant to order the 3X, yikes! What a huge size difference. Embarssed by the situatuion and all, I was extremely pleased to find they were well mannered and gave me comfort in my error and worked everything out beyond my satisfaction.

I shop a lot at the malls and online. It is so hard to find great customer service and I am so happy with my experience with Hawaiian Aloha Fashions I would like to say that with the horrible return policies a lot of retailers have - especially in this bad economy, you can still rely on a few out there like this retailer that gave me such ease and satisfaction on my purchases and to have that peace of mind on returns, if needed. I would definitely keep them on my ""favorites"" list!

I ordered $332.00 worth of clothing from shakatime for my first Hawaiian trip (and honeymoon) in Dec. 2009. I received a tiny bag of hairclips but none of the clothes and shoes I ordered. I called them and talked to a lady named Stacey & she keeps telling me to contact my post office. The box I received was intact and taped securely. Stacey said my order was sent in 1 box but since I received only the hair clips, how do you explain the missing clothes? Be warned if you order from shakatime, chances are you will get only a bag of hairclips! And the run-around!
