Male Infertility
Infertility in men can be caused by different factors and is typically evaluated by a semen analysis. Male infertility is due to no (azoospermia) or low (ogliospermia) sperm production, abnormal sperm function or blockages that prevent the delivery of sperm. Illnesses, injuries, chronic health problems, lifestyle choices and other factors can play a role in causing male infertility. Gynecology
Following a successful IVF-ET, the patient works closely with her own OB-GYN to ensure a successful pregnancy and delivery of the baby.

Obstetrics
Dr. Dominguez is recognized as an expert in the field of reproductive medicine, in vitro fertilization and laparoendoscopic surgery. She obtained her Medical Degree from George Washington University, completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California in San Diego. Dr. Dominguez has held faculty positions in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California in San Diego, the University of New Mexico and at Emory University in Atlanta. She has gained the respect of her colleagues as an exceptional reproductive endocrinologist and has published over 80 scientific articles, chapters, videos and abstracts and has received several teaching awards throughout her career. Dr. Dominguez is double-board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
