Overall
NotSurprised

I totally agree, did you try their sister restaurants Burgers on the Edge and Good to Grill. Terrible!

I really dont thnk the owners understand the concept of their products and a restaurant business. Big Wow ! they own Formaggio's to, Its either tasteless or over priced in all of their restaurant locations. If Im going to eat Mexican food it wouldnt be here, It lacks authenticity and service, go to" Los Chaparos", or yes "Diegos", you'll definitely get your moneys worth. If you want Kiawe wood flavors youd be better off throwing your own steaks on the grill at home. As for gourmet burgers, Go to "Teds" its simply "Da Best". I dont know who makes up these "NO Taste Good" concoction of recipes, truly for the birds.

Overall
Disappointing

I ordered a steak burrito with red chili sauce. I watched the burrito being made: flour tortilla, two HUGE scoops of rice, a scoop of beans and about 6 pieces of steak went into it, then red sauce and cheese added over top. I paid $6.89 plus tax. Eating the burrito I felt overwhelmed by rice. As I sliced up the burrito, very few bites actually had any meat in them. Plus, what little meat was present was all centered in the burrito, so the ends were filled with only rice and a few beans. For a $7 burrito I expect better. Next time I'll just go to Diego's Taco Shop on King street- they are not stingy about their ingredients and don't add tons of filler like rice. I don't think I'll go back.
