This is an amazing and powerful memorial to visit while in Hawaii. We did the audio tour which is excellent and walks you through everything that happened that day and the days following. It was a great learning experience for our kids age 10 and 15, although our 10 year old got tired of the audio tour about 3/4 of the way through. I still highly recommend it!
They picked us up at our hotel on time and took us directly to Hanauma Bay for snorkeling. The equipment was excellent and the guide did a great job showing everyone how to use it. He also picked us up on time. Very satisfied!
Probably wouldn't do this if it's your first time at a luau. I took my husband and kids for there first luau here. It was raining which wasn't the best but ok. The one big thing you expect to see at a luau is the guys throwing the flame. Which they cancelled. Not really what I expected.
