My previous employer uses ProService. I never received my W2 as of now. I contacted ProService and spoke with a supervisor who was very rude. She blamed the post office and told me I need to pay $5.00 for another copy. By law I should have received it already and they have nothing but excuses to give me. I have received everything else by mail from this company so if my W2 was mailed like they say it was why didn't I receive it. I will file a complaint with the IRS next. I will post this same experience on YELP and Consumer Affairs since no one wants to help me unless I pay them money.
