Even though a passport is only necessary for international travel, this document has other benefits - for everyone in the family.
Excellent communication and service. Joon was great help.Excellent prices. And the all agents are very professional.
I had horrifying anxiety when booking my flight. Nothing went right, the tickets I purchased said I would receive within 4 hours and I didn't. So when I called to find where they were, I was told they were sold to someone else. However, I could purchase 2 more for 0ver 100 more than the original tickets were. What choice did I have but to purchase the tickets if I wanted to see my family? After all was said and done, still uncertain if I was being scammed, I received a call from Victor who pointed me in the right direction. Not only has he reassured me that my tickets were good but he made me feel very comfortable and is compensating me for the extra money I had to spend. I would recommend Victor to all those customers needs good and bad. He's been great. He follows up immediately on everything.
This was such a better experience than…This was such a better experience than dealing with united airlines directly!Thank you
Great Service I like how the representative repeated our info to make sure she got it right.
Amazing service and very helpful.Great customer services, professionalism and efficient. Will recommend friends, families and colleagues
I was frustrated because I was trying to book a flight online and twice put all the info in and it would not let me check out and pay. I called and was told the online info could be 2 hours behind the live feed the operators have access to. I was able to successfully book a flight in working with the representative. He was very Ernest in his attempt to get me what I needed. Weird thing...all the flights except the undesirable 6 am flight were basic economy...you could not upgrade to expanded economy so you could bring a carry on bag.
Rent condos every year from this company, very good service and lots of Aloha.Very easy to work with and make sure that everything we wanted in in the condo.Vanessa
Thank you, United Airlines, I was the worry about my refund flight. The agent helps me out she includes my money as future travel credit. :)
WHAT A JOKE!!!This statement is on “Hawaiian Paradise Retreats” Reservation Agreement. DON’T BE FOOLED BY WORDS…“Great properties. Great service. Great rates. Courteous treatment!”In April 2013 I contacted Hawaiian Paradise Retreats to inquire about property rentals in Waikiki. Their reservation specialist “Jordan Meredith” took over a month to connect with me about their rentals. She continued to send emails back and forth intermediating about how busy she was and was unable to call me. I should have taken this as my first and only warning.I have a kind and patient heart… not good in this business transaction. It was not until May 29/13 that we finally made some head way about renting 2 suites in the Island Colony. I was booking rooms that would house 6 of us for one full month in Feb 2014.After I was sent Reservation Agreement via email “Jordan Meredith” offered me a non-refundable Damage Waiver Insurance to replace the Security Deposit guaranteeing my reservation. I agreed. Filled out and signed Reservation Agreement and scanned and emailed back to her. She called me to say that she had received information and that everything was set for our vacation. Yeah!!!.... Not so.It wasn’t until the end of November 2013 that the Broker “Suzanne Shuto” contacted me via email to say she has been trying to contact me repeatedly and wanted to know if I was still was coming to Hawaii in Feb 2014. Huh??? So I picked up phone and called her. She told me that the owner of one of these suites I rented has changed their mind and will be staying in it and I would have to find another suite somewhere else because she had no other suites to rent me. Are you kidding me??? She tells me less than 90 days before my travel date that the suite that I rented was not available in High Season and that I am now faced to find something else, somewhere else and “By the way do you still want the 2nd suite?” I asked her if it will fit all 6 of us. NO I don’t want it!!!After filing a complaint with the Hawaii Better Business Bureau I waited for a response, a letter of apology, an acknowledgement of any kind. “Hawaiian Paradise Retreats” has now been rated with an -D Rating and I encourage all of you that have been slighted by them to report to the Hawaii Better Business Bureau so “Hawaiian Paradise Retreats” and “Suzanne Shuto”are held in account of their actions.
All I can say is I have no vacation experience with this company, but their phone number keeps coming up on my business line caller ID and when I answer, a hang-up occurs. I have been trying to call the number back and have looked online at the caller ID name website, and sure enough there is the same number, but when I call it I have repeatedly received a recorded telephone company message that the number is not longer in service...you got me...I have no idea what the story is but I sure wish their number would stop calling me... :-\\
