The phone quote was friendly but I was quoted 52 cents a lb when the actual price was 56 cents a pound. Neither price mattered since I was charged a dimensional weight which was never mentioned over the phone. Of course the dimensional weight is more expensive but not that big of a deal.Then the delivery on Molokai. I'm on Oahu and my wife is in Molokai. The deliverer decides to call my cell which is an out of state area code and not the local number I listed on the order slip. I call the driver back two minutes later and there is no answer so I leave a message. I call him six more times over the course of 30 minutes and text the directions. (FYI Kamaka air has already delivered to my location twice on Molokai.) I finally call my wife and ask her to call from the house phone which has a Molokai number. Lo and behold the driver answers thes phone and tells my wife he's back in town but dropped the tires off at house up the block and lets her know "she can go get them". Mind you town is all of four miles away from my house. My wife drives up the block and discovers the tires are behind a fence. So my wife has to squeeze through a gate and then push the tires out through the slats. Mind you tires aren't the heaviest thing in the world but my wife is a small person and she shouldn't be lifting them in the first place when I've paid for that service. Not to mention Kamaka Airs Motto is "superior customer service"So I call the superior customer service on Oahu and get a nonchalant sorry. Here is the Molokai supervisor number. I call the Molokai supervisor and was informed that they've had these problems and the driver has a bad cell phone. Um okay, get a better cell phone for the driver and make sure the driver delivers to the right place. I also recommended a location on their order slip were the customer could list the directions and any special instructions. Things like please deliver my belonging to the right house and such.
Horrible service..Rude owner, and way overpriced for a box..$39.00 I would never spend my money there. The owner, when asked a question, walks away without answering .. HORRIBLE
its been 5 day.s tracking one package I'm losing money keep apologizing to my customers making my business look bad when I have to return their money there's no kind of communication with UPS my orders keep saying my business is closed when I'm the only one who is employed there I stood outside and saw the truck passed me but yet they kept saying that my business was closed so they did not deliver my package, I paid good money for their service unfortunately I have to use its due to my wholesalers go through ups for California shipping or else I would have changed my shipping to FedEx I'll pick it up myself I am very upset I cannot get any communication from this company the same thing over and over again it's not how to run a business and it's not helping me to run my business as well, very unsatisfied very upset no communication, no sales, no money, I'm not going to have to keep calling over and over again trying to chase my package I didn't pay for that, I paid to have my packages delivered, not excuses 4-5 days in a row... ask to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on, and when I called back they still didn't want me to talk to a supervisor very unhappy with There service, very unhappy..disappointed to say the least.
