Horrid Dr Lorenzo I went 3 times !!! Tryung to make this Dr work out for me...he kept Prescribing WRONG MEDS TO PHARMACY! Then when I call the office back I never hear back from them and leave tons of messages and that these medications are life-threatening to my health as well as my husband...Never ever listens to us or cares about our health issues...ignores all important health problems hes..RUDE ..BELITTELING and mind you I'm handicapped ..he doesn't even try to get health better or help at ALLLLL.....I'm REPORTING THIS TO MEDICARE

Just spoke with a Rhonda at this office. My husband was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. But he was not told about it at visit. When speaking to Rhonda to ask about this she said and I quote I am not a Doctor and I can't tell you anything. She told us we would have to wait for next appt. to speak with the Doctor about this. Mind you this appt. is 3 months away. So I insisted she message the Doctor and ask him to call us about this right away. This is unacceptable behavior. This diagnosis is not a cut on the finger its life threatening. How dare she treat us with such disrespect. As a former business owner I would never allow such flagrant disregard for the well being of my patients. As a human being she should have empathy towards the patients that walk thru that door that she is paid to serve.
