It really surprised me how complicated buying a house can be. I looked at other banks but I didn't like the service they had to offer. I felt like I was just a number. My Loan Officer was so helpful and answered all of my questions even if I asked the same thing 20 times over. I am really happy that I was able to find someone local who I could depend on and who was not trying to rip me off. They even offered me down payment assistance so that I could keep my out of pocket expense down. I got a very low 30 year fixed rate loan and I would refer this company to anyone looking for a loan.
