I had my mammogram records sent on a CD to this place. I received a call saying they had received it so I then scheduled my mammogram. I waited at least 45 minutes to be called only to find out that someone had called me but was so hard to understand, another woman thought she had been called. I was moved to another room to wait another 15 minutes or so before being taken into the room for the mammogram. The technician handed me the paper shirt and waited for me to change without leaving the room. After she performed the mammogram, she again waited for me to change without leaving the room. Then she told me they couldn't find the CD with my previous mammogram results. I have called back to see if they have found the CD since then, but was told they never received it. I will never return to this place and plan on filing a HIIPA complaint.
Worse place I've been too! My doctor has to fax in the orders multiple times because they can never find it. Today my doctor faxed in the order again at around 1pm, this office called me to confirm they received it and told me I could come in this afternoon to get the X-ray done. I got here at 4:25 and lo and behold, they CAN'T find my order. I had to call my doctor's office again and have them speak to the staff. And that's another story! The staff is HORRIBLE! It's like the patients bother them. I'm talking about rolling of eyes, loud sighs won't even look at you when speaking to you. I was asked to fill out new patient information and I told them I had already been here & when asked to pull my records one staff actually said, "That's too much work." What the heck??!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
My Father In-Law fasted an entire day to obtain an abdominal ultrasound by appointment. On the day of one of the sharp ones at the front desk determined that the procedure had been performed. I did try a couple of times to call this place thinking that this issue could be solved over the phone, yes I was mistaken. Nonetheless, any remaining professionalism that anyone there may have is overwhelmed by the poor service provided. Needless to say, I did have to hop in my car to straightened this out. Yes, there was also an issue with the new appointment on the day of and only one hour was wasted waiting instead of the entire morning and then some like the original one. There has to be another diagnostic place in the Homestead vicinity, it is obvious that whomever owns this business does not look at the reviews and more surprising is why the area MD's recommend this place.
I was seen on time and everybody was friendly and professional, particularly Dulce, who performed the Ultrasound. She made me feel at ease and explained the procedure in detail and with kindness.
We wrote the appointment time wrong and got here at 1100 thinking we only wait 15 mins. Well we wait for over an hour and I walk up to the lady and she tells me our appointment isn't till 12:15! Wow you couldn't gave told us when we got there our appointment was an hour later instead of having us look like idiots waiting in the waiting room
Made an appointment for an MRI they call the day of to indicate that they need to cancel appointment because they do not have the ability to call Blue Cross PPO to get the approval for the scan. Was transferred to over 5 different persons, all clueless and have to constantly repeat what it is you are calling about with no one able to give you a straight answer.
I got my mri on 4/6/2015 and it was supposed to be ready in 4 days. My Dr. appointment was 4/23/2015 and she didn't get a copy of it. I am disappointed because I waited patiently 3 weeks, paid for Dr visit. My Dr. Said she always has a problem with them. I called and only got a message. It will be sad if I have to go physically to get it, I'm in a lot of pain.
It's extremely hard to receive a negative review from me, but I couldn't bite my tongue on this. I called beforehand to ask if I needed to make an appointment for my xray, and they stated that they do not take appointments. They told me to come in during the afternoon and I would be seen straight away. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. Then once my results came in, they never sent it to my doctor. When I called to ask where the records were, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up on me. After that, they just refused to answer my phone call all together. I had to PHYSICALLY go to the center and request my medical records. As if I wasn't already disappointed, the lady that was helping me went to lunch without helping me obtain my medical records. I was told to wait until she came back, because she was the only one in the entire office that had access to the system.Worst customer service, and words can't explain how disappointed I am.
