They rush threw drive thru than they threw everything in 1 bag 2 combos 2 burritos and 4 extra tacos the food had no meat or lettuce or cheese very bad service
Great $5 fill ups. Its just sad how they keep forgetting the cookie. I have to keep asking for the cookie each time I order. Just give free cookies to your employees so they don't "forget my cookie." That is why its not a five star!
I wish I could give no stars because of the amount of poor customer service I've gotten from this place!The first time I encountered this BK, there was poor customer service, highly rude staff including managers, and down right the worst disorganization of an establishment I've ever been through. Going through this, I still came because it's the most convenient and closet to my house. While ordering, the system had the person coming out to where I couldn't hear her clearly and she was coming through in barely audible pauses. So I asked her to repeat herself to make sure she got my order right and immediately she raised her tone at me as though frustrated. I still stayed calm and drove up to the next window, to where I was met with more hostility from a different worker! I simply asked for their corporate number or where I could find it and I was told "We're not a cooperate, we're a franchise"and shut the window in my face! I was overcome with so much anger!I will be calling someone!
I was at the store trying to place an order and everything was so unorganized i witenssed food handled without gloves bad atittudes all around pour representation from staff as well as the two hispanic female mgts on shift , i told my freind to apply and it seems there is no hireing mgt at this store because my freind spoke with all manngers from each shift . Then to top thinvs off i seen a young lady giving a directive from a member of mgt . And she rolled her eyes at the directive and disrespectfully said im doing something ill get to it this has been by far the worst McDonald's i have ever been to ,i call the store to speak with a employee by the name of Miguel on the moring shift around 6:30am and when i exsplaind this to them i waa told that i sould mind my own business how rude good ppl want to work and this is unacceptable from any public establishment i hope someone's reading this and can make some employment changes
Better not be a regular customer ordering the same thing for lunch everyday. It makes you annoying to the cashiers. Go in there maybe once a year and make sure you order something completely different than the year before. And maybe wear a disguise so they don't know you have been there before. I will never shop at McDonald's again. But then, that is obviously what they want. After all, they know it's the franchise owner who's losing. Not them.
I RARELY review a fast food restaurant, but this one deserves a review. I've noticed how some Mc Donald's have been getting on the "fancy" side (when it comes to the dining area)
