        Neighbor reported tech. sat in car did not do application and put the sign in the yard. When questioned, Manager Brian came out and reported he sees tech's footprints in the yard so application was done. This is 5 days later after 3 days of rain. I'm reluctantly paying the bill and canceling my service.
