Please do not support this establishment! My son purchased a puppy from them and they knew he was sick with Parvo. They will not do anything to assist with the treatment of the puppy. They claim you must contact the place where they got the dogs - the only thing they give you is an email address. We purchased the puppy from Arts and they take 0 responsibility- they have no problem taking your money!

This store is a disgrace. Totally took advantage of me. I have had my kittens for less then a week they got their first check up on Saturday and any kind a sickness they could have they do have. I called the store today and they told me that they don't have thousands of dollars to give these cats check ups and medication when needed so they basically just sell them knowing they are ill and do not tell you and let you take care of the vet bills. It's a total joke they take no responsibility for their actions. If they don't have the funds to make sure these animals are healthy and well taken care of then they shouldn't be in business! They will be reported and hopefully shut down!

I purchased a kitten from this store on 8/4/17. While in the store, I noticed that there were several kittens, one that was in the cage with the kitten that I purchase, looked to have some type of issues with their eyes. When I questioned what the issue was I was told that the one in the cage has an eye infection that is being treated with eye drops. I immediately questioned if it was contagious considering the older cat in another cage looked to have the same issue but more severe. I was informed that the older cat needed surgery to have its eye removed and it was not the same thing that the smaller kitten had. Due to my suspicion, I took pictures with my phone of the two cats just in case. By day number two, my kitten’s eye was full of puss and he could barely open it. Tuesday 8/8/17 I returned to the store with my kitten to advise them of the situation. The two woman stated that this is a common time for cats to have eye infections and advised me to used warm compresses and gave me drops to use 3x a day for 3 days and stated to follow up with them if there was an issue. I noticed when giving my kitten the drops, the eye would clear up temporarily, but within a couple hours would return to it almost closed puss filled state. By 8/12/17, my kittens eye was completely shut to the point that I was not even able to give him the drops. On 8/13/17, I returned to the store with my kitten and was told that I can return to kitten and even though I was told that the kitten would not have this issue, I would not get my money back. I forwarded all of the information to my lawyer who advised me to take additional pictures of the remaining cats for sale with the same problem. I have contacted channel 3,6,10 and fox news to report this store and will be meeting with them all this week presenting them with the photos. I believe there were aware of the infection prior to selling me the kitten and issued its drops regularly so that it would look healthy long enough to get a sale.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Not just a pet store. They have a nice selection of fishing equipment and bait. Looks like they just started this section but they still have a good selection available.

I go in there often, the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I've even brought my dogs in there numerous times and it was never a problem. Anything pertaining to dogs & even my aquarium they were extremely helpful they even do cleanings for aquarium filters which I thought was pretty incredible. highly recommend!!

I visit this store at lease once a week and I have to say that I have always been greeted with a smile and a hello. The staff have always been helpful. I have gone up there a couple of times with questions about my bearded dragon that I got there and she is great, and the manager/owner has always been a wealth of knowledge about her, my fish, and cornsnake (also purchased there and is fine). My son loves Titan which is the owners dog and he is in there all the time. We call him the store Mascot! I say thank you to all the great folks that work there.


I would not send my best friend here let alone my enemy. The staff is rude they all lie to cover each other when a customer comes in with a issue. There animals are all sick and untreated i have several pics of the suffering animals. They only care about money and not the welfare of the animal or the poor customer about to purchase the sick animal.

A customer service nightmare. It has been months trying to get an issue resolved. The manager was unresponsive, lied, and strung us on. As a customer I've never experienced treatment this horrible. Take my advice and do not consider buying anything here.
