Chipotle Mexican Grill

Waited in line for over a half hour with less than 10 people ahead of me. Kept prioritizing online orders which can take up to 45 minutes to fill-- so either employees were very late to fill those orders or didn't care about keeping customers happy that were on the line waiting unnecessarily. Staff was unfriendly and impolite-- can't stress this enough. Woman doing the register wouldn't even look at people and would totally ignore you if you said thank you. Also, did not stay on top of refilling items and gave much smaller portions since nothing was being prepared in time. Overall horrible experience. Very disappointing as a longtime Chipotle customer. Go to Red Bank or Eatontown before Holmdel-- even with the drive you'll get your food faster!
