This place was great when he opened. I had a lot of family and friends go there. Everyone of them including myself have problems with my phone. Chinese parts. Don't go.
Had my iphone 6 screen replaced here exactly 6 months ago today. Asked the guy if his screens were genuine Apple screens. He confidently said yes. Apple store proved it was NOT. At exactly 3 months after it was "repaired", the screen was falling off with the wires hanging out. Finally gave out today, after the phone fell. Not only did the guy lie, to make some quick $$ but he did a total SH!T job. To top it all off, (yes there's more) when I first had it repaired and went to my photos it was scrolled halfway through my pictures. Pretty obvious this dude spent more time looking through my pictures than actually doing a proper job fixing my phone. Not only did he invade my privacy, he completely ruined my phone. And best believe I will take action. All these other "positive" reviews are obviously fake. Place is a joke.
the review below is based on the knowledge of you do not know how to read. defective sounds a bit over the top. 90% of issues with phones happen because of the user not the phone. meaning what you do on your phone. I love this store great staff and awesome service. go in anytime meet them. they have a Jamaican dude in there- Haitian guy- Honduran manager I usually deal with and another Egyptian girl- well rounded staff:)

Absolutely the worst experience ever! This is not even a real Verizon franchise. Because of their lack of knowledge and inexperience I ended up with 2 accounts costing me $100 a month more than I was promised. It was one mistake and lie and misinformation after another. I am so frustrated with them it is beyond belief! I can't hold it against Verizon because this store is not even a Verizon owned or operated store. The local rep that is supposed to be over the store has been absolutely useless as well. He has done nothing but admit they screwed up but can't get any help for me. If anyone from Verizon or that actually owns or is involved enough in this store wants to speak with me get with Colby, he has my information. Oh and to top it off, on the second account they had me open they had me sign my wife's name on the credit application and contracts with out her being there... Just a shady deal all the way around. If they do want to talk, I do have copies of the emails between me and the store and Colby if you'd like to review them and see that I'm not exaggerating or just a disgruntled customer, I truly got screwed by this store and the inexperience within and the lack of doing anything about their mistakes. Wish I could give it a "0 star" rating, they don't deserve the star that I have to give them in order to write this review.
Dealt with a customer service rep. named Adam who thinks he knows everything but instead gave me Horrible customer service and he was insulting . I will tell everyone i know of my bad experience with Metro PCS and their terrible customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager I waited over 20 minutes because he was having his lunch break in the back . When he finally came out to speak to me , His name tag read Dionte but didn't have a "MANAGER" title on it. therefore i wasn't sure this guy was the real manager. It's unfortunate that 1 bad customer rep can hurt METRO PCS's reputation.

This place really a joke. I had a cracked IPhone 5 screen that I needed to be fixed. I went to this guy and he charged me $137 to fix it. He changed the screen and he messed up the inside of the phone. I didn't notice till I got home. The entire part of the phone that you touch wasn't responding. I went back to him the next day for him to fix it and he put another screen in. The same problem kept happening so I went back another time and he kept saying it was the screen that was the problem so he put another screen. He never tested it and gave me the phone saying it was fixed. I went to find out it that it was still broken. I called him and he said I had to wait a week to fix it because he told me he ran out of IPhone 5 screens to fix. I had to use a broken phone for entire week, I couldn't text or even dial a number 85% percent of the time. During that week the right corner of the phone popped out, so I pushed it back in and it got a little crack. I went back to him on Saturday. He told me he couldn't fix the phone because of the crack. He Then told me if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $137 dollars. As a Teen who works hard to earn money its hard to $137 dollars but to pay another $137 is Out of my price range. I then came up with idea to buy a screen on amazon and have him fix it, but he told me I would have to pay him $40 dollars for labor. This guy is Only cared about Money he could care less about you or your phone. I even hate giving him 1 star. This guy has no customer services, not even a little. DO NOT GO HERE!
Beware of this business. They sold my family 2 defective phones, were not clear as to the details fo the rebates for the Metropcs phones and were extremely rude and unhelpful. If you want to waste your money and time go here if not go elsewhere.
If this store is related to the pembroke pines store Beware of this store. They sold my family 2 defective phones and then refused to return them. Apart from that they didn't explain how the metro pcs rebate works. They are theives, have a staff that doesn't care for their customers and are extremly rude. If you want to waste your time and money, I suggest you stop by here, otherwise go somewhere else.
