I moved two: mattresses, box springs, head boards, and bed frames from south Florida to central New Jersey. The price was competitive with other estimates received. Since it was bedding and not furniture like desks, dressers, etc. I was ok going with a lower price. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Overall the delivery went ok. The office people were responsive and friendly. The movers picked up the bedding on time and on the day promised. The delivery to Nj was not as good. i received an e-mail that said the delivery was underway. A few days later, I heard from the driver. He had not yet left Miami. He said he had some hold up with the DOT. He said he'd deliver in 4 days. So now it was a total of 7 days. I did not mind since it was not like I was moving an entire house or apartment. But if that was the case, it would have been a problem. Subsequently, I got another call from the driver extending the delivery a couple days more. Still ok- it was only bedding. The items were delivered today. I was surprised to see the "movers". One was the driver, a nice enough guy, and the other was a woman. I wondered how they'd carry the mattresses and box springs- which were very bulky AND taped together as one- up a flight of stairs. The answer was- she couldn't. The driver had difficulty carrying the items by himself. I was concerned about having the walls of the house damaged so I offered to help. I should not have been in that position since that's why I hired a mover. But I did end up helping the lone mover carry all my mattresses, box springs etc. , up a flight of stairs. In the end, it ended ok. Everyything was delivered albeit much later than I thought it would be. Good thing I am in good shape. If my wife were home instead of me, I don't know how the job would have gotten done. I would not use this service for anything more than a small move like the one I had.

I was a little skeptical at first as I found Load to road moving solutions from a Google search, not a personal reference. With that being said the …
This was the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have ever had. The customer service staff (if you can ever get through to anyone) is defensive and rude, and management is even worse. No transparency, lost and damaged items, and unorganized staff. After calling to find out when my items would be delivered (because no one would reach out to me even though I submitted my requested delivery date) I was told that my items would arrive Monday or Tuesday. I waited at home both Monday and Tuesday. When I called on Tuesday, I was told it would arrive Wednesday. I cancelled my plans for Wednesday. When I called Wednesday, I was told my items would arrive Thursday. Thursday morning, I was told Friday. Finally, Thursday at 6pm, I received a call (the first time anyone at this company has ever reached out to me) telling me my things would be delivered in 2 hours. When I shared my frustration, and reminded them of their policy of giving one days notice before delivery, the manager, Megan, told me that I should be grateful to have my items delivered at all. After politely expressing my warranted frustration with the experience as a whole, Megan said she didn't have the time to talk with me, and pushed me off the phone. Never once did anyone apologize. When my items arrived, things were missing and several of my goods were broken. I am still trying to resolve this issue.Don't be fooled- this company does not care about your move. I felt as if my things were being held hostage, and I spent my first week in my new place waiting at home for a delivery that was never scheduled. Your voicemails will go unanswered, any questions you have will be dismissed, and you will have to wait at the mercy of this company for your things to be delivered, potentially having less than a 2 hour notice. I would have rather moved my things myself. This company was previously known as Nationwide Movers. If you want more information or reviews, I recommend googling them.
From the beginning to the end, this company was very helpful and has amazing excellent customer. I heard the various horror stories from the moving industries and this company assured me thats not how they operate. They treat you more then a customer and they make sure to keep the line of communication always open. Fair pricing and I will be contacting them for future moves.
Thank you for the amazing service your company provided. From pick up to delivery, they were always helpful with any questions or concerns.
Just like I said on Yelp ... Nani was amazing from the customer service to the move itself !!! Smart Van Lines LLC picked us up and delivered our items . I was so pleased with services I stated I will leave as much reviews as possible to get this new business out there !!! Good job Nani and Thank you to the crew!!
It’s a pleasure to be the first move they serviced and the first to leave a review. I was a little skeptical moving forward with the broker but Nani really gave me a new look at the broker industry. Cost efficient price and the company that they sent to pick up my job, smart van lines, was phenomenal!! Thanks again Nani!
They underquoted to get the job, then on pick up wanted 150% of original price to do the move. They then said they could not access the original estimate after the pick up. Miraculously, they came up with something they called the original estimate, which was a joke.Pick up movers talked about buying weed the entire time. And, customer service was a joke. I am looking for others with similar experience to file a class action lawsuit.
These 3 young men were polite, respectful, fast, careful, and displayed a work ethic that is rare today. The move went perfectly. 3 Bdrm in under 6 hours. I'd not only hire them again as movers, I'd give any one of these guys a job at my agency. Obviously brought up by conscientious parents. Well done.
Do you self a favor a stay AWAY from this company!!! Expect plenty of shady things after paying the non-refundable deposit. Their price estimate doesn't remain the same regardless if they assure it (specially james & jayj), increases by 30-50% on the pick up day and they're NOT willing to negotiate or do any adjustments at all. Pick up and drop off crew are all sub-contractors not related to the company. Despite that no one showed up on the pick up day nor the delivery day. The crews are not professional at all, non-punctual, and very rough with your items. They just wanna complete as many job as possible to make more money. Low quality service crews and plenty of my furniture got damaged, ripped and lost a few things. I'll surely revise my review and add plenty more details about this horrible company except that I'm short on time currently. I haven't had a chance to communicate with their insurance department to see if I'll be refunded for my damaged/lost items. I'll update my review and add photos. Please read the countless complaints that are posted online. Search "National Moving & storage Hollywood FL" on google. Find another moving company!
They packed and moved.Guys were great and realty hard working. We had a full 4 bedroom house and the move was intense from 8 am to 6 pm. Would use them again.
