Verizon Wireless

Absolutely the worst experience ever! This is not even a real Verizon franchise. Because of their lack of knowledge and inexperience I ended up with 2 accounts costing me

$100 a month more than I was promised. It was one mistake and lie and misinformation after another. I am so frustrated with them it is beyond belief! I can't hold it

against Verizon because this store is not even a Verizon owned or operated store. The local rep that is supposed to be over the store has been absolutely useless as well.

He has done nothing but admit they screwed up but can't get any help for me. If anyone from Verizon or that actually owns or is involved enough in this store wants to

speak with me get with Colby, he has my information. Oh and to top it off, on the second account they had me open they had me sign my wife's name on the credit application

and contracts with out her being there... Just a shady deal all the way around. If they do want to talk, I do have copies of the emails between me and the store and Colby

if you'd like to review them and see that I'm not exaggerating or just a disgruntled customer, I truly got screwed by this store and the inexperience within and the lack of

doing anything about their mistakes. Wish I could give it a "0 star" rating, they don't deserve the star that I have to give them in order to write this review.
