If minus stars; minus 10...since 2012 all my breast test were done there.told had a nodule had ultra sound to confirm STABLE following exam found nothing, next nodule more test. 2018 went to world renowned cancer dr told i had a small mass ' have it biopsied " returned to same could not find anything to biopsy but she said our equipment is old...returned to my dr and he returned me to the same place for MRI without contrast and with contrast..THEY found nothing, 2 weeks later go to ER doubled up in pain ...ER took scan with and without contrast..sadly he said stage 4 metastatic cancer which went from breast to bones and to liver....REALLY. You say your equipment is not send your pet rat here, hope this saves the next persons life..

No complaints, went for MRI with contrast when there was a glitch with which office and clarity of script from Dr. And then a glitch with credit card machine the receptionist trouble shot it all.

they gave an appointment for a sonogram before the insurance approval when it was delayed they rescheduled and didn't tell me that the insurance approval still not in , it takes two or three weeks . I went down there and sat for an hour before finding out it still wasn't in. I called them and told them not to call again until the approval is in. I blame that on both intake staff and the administration policies. Also the condition of cloth seats was stained and unsanitary looking.

Went for an MRI at Radiology Consultants in Hollywood FL. and I thought all was good up until the day of my physician's appointment and he goes to insert the MRI images into his computer and...... Ooops! They're someone else's charts. WTF, really???!!!!. A total waste of my time, and now must make another appointment and endure more pain. Can't these people get their records straight?

Useless scheduling anything at this place. I waited over an hour then they asked me to reschedule my appointment for another day. U will sit and watch three morbidly obese women at the counter taking in patients even when overbooked. Then either a sloppy lazy old man or a teen dressed for the beach may call you to an additional waiting room if you get that lucky. Don't waste your time here there is remnants of a homeless man's belongings around the building. It's obvious they don't care at all for the facility or how it functions.

They lost my authorization (i called ahead and they had confirmed they had it) I had to wait over one hour for doctor to refax it.

If you can, deal with anybody other than Sharon, that takes care of cash walk ins.

I went in for a mammo, my insurance refused the claim and wanted to charge me 300. I went ahead and called Radiology to pay then directly without the insurance. October was month awareness and every screening mammo was 50 dollars. She said because I already had a denied claim, she would charge me 100 because it was not her obligation to help me out with a discount. Granted. Not her obligation, but what sense does it make if any walk in would pay 50 without any insurance, why would i pay 100? I tried explaining, because that would really hurt me financially. She basically refused to hear clearly taking advantage of the fact my insurance had denied the claim! She said, you either give me the 100 or you are welcome to pay 300 for the insurance, I dont have to help you. I had to end up paying the 100! She was super rude!!!

Not to mention that parking is an issue as well, and they make you wait for hours before taking you in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Not enough we are dealing with our health situation, to have to deal with rude people is uncalled for. ANDREA is the only helpful person of that place.

Radiology consultants very poor service

I agree with all if the previous reviews - I will never come back to this provider again --_ rediculous wait time and antiquated office - I will tell my doctors to stop referring people here!!!!!!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. This center is Unprofessional! I work with a doctors office and I have had nothing but trouble. Patients have reported waiting 2 hours. They have billed the wrong insurance company and then sent the patient a bill. From a medical stand-point their reports are garbage. If you are looking for radiology services, look elsewhere!



Review of Mammography Unit

Today was my first - and last - visit to this provider. My negative rating is based solely on my experience with the mammography unit, and the female technician "manning" the unit - though in fairness to the center, I do wish to note that the receptionist for the overall practice was very professional & pleasant. My impression of the mammography services, however, started off negatively when I observed another patient complaining about the time she had been waiting for her mammogram - to a person I later realized was the mammogram technician. After agreeing with the patient that she had been there for a while, the technician took her back to get her mammogram (I would estimate the time was around 2:40/2:45). Although my appointment had been scheduled for 2:30, I figured "they" must be running a little behind. At 3:05, however, having not yet been called, and knowing that no one else had entered the mammogram unit, I went to the front desk to inquire about when I would be called. The receptionist immediately called/paged the mammogram unit - and at 3:10, the technician I had observed earlier took me in for my mammogram; I was "in and out" by 3:15. I did not comment on the "lateness" directly to the mammogram technician, and she offered no explanation - nor did she make any attempt to "act like" she cared about the service she provided. She asked me absolutely no questions despite the fact that I had indicated on my questionnaire that I had had several prior biopsies, and that I had brought prior mammogram films with me (I, of course, didn't leave them). Maybe, the technician was just having a bad day, I don't know - whatever the reason, however, I won't be going back to the center. Unfortunately, I am not sure how to register my complaint "higher" in the organization - and i really don't know that it's worth the effort. My next mammogram(s) will definitely be scheduled with one of the Memorial Hospital Centers.
