I am beyond please with my visit!! My friends and I travelled 11 hours and after a long day they treated us so well! Charlie and Karrima were outstanding! This is the best nail experience I’ve ever had. They were so welcoming and caring. Anyone who comes to Fort Lauderdale or are in the Miami area should check it out! I promise you won’t regret it! The atmosphere here is outstanding. Charlie went above and beyond for me and my friends. We are definitely cruise ready and on fleek!! Thank you ladies for a great job well done!! Charlie you have a beautiful soul!.. The attention to detail and time dedication doesn’t go unnoticed!❤️

I stopped by this nail salon before and was delighted to see it was under new management as Sterling Nail Spa. The salon is beautiful with a spa like setting and thoughtful quotes by the iconic Marilyn Monroe and Coco Chanel. The manicurist was very detailed oriented and gave me a beautiful gel manicure and pedicure. Never have I received so many compliments on a manicure. Job well done. Will definitely be back.

I'm a mom of a 13 year old boy I run 2 businesses and a household. Sometimes its hard to get out to do hair nails and go shopping today I finally got a chance I walked into pink nails and spa looking to get pampered for an hour or 2 before my hair appointment for my labor day/ business party and one lady inside said they were busy and not accepting apointments unil late at night. I advised her that they didn't look busy and I am a paying customer. She took down my info and was very rude I left very upset how do u run a business and be so nasty and rude I will never reccomed any busy mom to go there to be mistreated.:-(

So happy with my service. I was pleased to see that they didnt have those nasty pedicure bowls, the girl that worked on me was very sweet i think her name was rachel. She did an amazing job! Thanks!

I had such good hopes for this nail spa and all i got was HORRIBLE customer service! Other than there is no space to even stand or wait at once you walk in, not one employee attempted to attend us directly. They look at you like they cant believe you just got there. Once attended, your told to wait and that you may want to take a walk around until its your turn. What? I would expect some type of accomadation. Maybe i went on the wrong day but just that one day gives them a bad name in my book. Disappointed customer :(
