Mama Mia Restaurant

My best friend took me to Mama Mia last night. He is a tough customer and knows his food. He had raved about this place! He WAS NOT WRONG. This is one of the greats. The veal parm is a bone in pounded veal chop that must 20 ounces. The menu is just incredible - you cannot go wrong. A lot of folks in the local area know the deal - but if you want INCREDIBLE and a story to tell - try this. I am from NY and this wouid be impossible to get into anywhere in NY, Brooklyn, LI or Jersey

WENT TO MAMA MIA'S LAST WEEK AND BROUGHT MY FAMILY FROM NEW YORK WITH ME TO CHECK OUT MY FAVORITE ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN SOUTH FLORIDA MAMA MIA'S.. THERE WERE 6 OF US AND WE GOT A GREAT TABLE BY THE WINDOW OUR SERVER WAS VERY POLITE AND WALKED US THROUGH THE ENTIRE MENU WE ALL ORDERED ENTREES SOME OF US FROM THE SPECIAL BOARD. WE ALL DECIDED TO GET SALADS BECAUSE I TOLD THEM HOW DELISIOUS THE DRESSING WAS. THEY ALL AGREED. THEN CAME THE MAIN COURSE. ALL OF US LIT UP, SOME OF THE DISHES WERE JUST ENOURMOS. THE WAITER THEN BROUGHT OVER FRESH PARM CHESSE FOR ALL THE DISHES THE TABLE WAS QUITE FOR SOME TIME I ENJOYED MY STUFFED SKIRT STEAK STUFFED WITH FONTINA CHESSE SPINACH AND TOMATOES SERVED WITH ROASTED POTATOES IT WAS JUST DELISIOUS. EVERYONE AGRRED WHAT A GREAT PLACE AND EVEN BETTER FOOD. IT WAS A HUGE HIT! THEY LOVED IT!!

MAMA MIA'S IS THE BEST ITALIAN IN FLORIDA I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF DINNING THERE QUIT A FEW TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND FOOD. SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLACE ALWAYS HAS ME GOING BACK FOR MORE. LOL. THEY ALSO HAVE A SUSHI RESTAURANT ATTACHED TO IT THAT YOU CAN ORDER ALL KINDS OF GREAT SUSHI AND JAPANESE DISHES FROM. WHERE ELSE CAN YOU FIND SOMETHING THAT ORIGINAL. GREAT FOOD, GREAT WINE, AND GREAT SUSHI.

HAT'S OFF TO MAMA MIA THE BEST ITALIAN AROUND. I WAS IN THERE LAST WEEK AND HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND A FABULOUS DINNER WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY. MY WAITER WAS VERY KNOWLEGEBLE OF THE MENU AND SPECIALS EVERYONE ENJOYED THERE MEAL AND WINE (GREAT WINE SELECTIONS TOO) I WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!!

My favorite restaurant! I have been going since I was a kid and it just keeps getting better. Over the past 20 years they have turned into a delightful fine dining experience! They even have new tables, flat screen TVs, a beautiful wine attic...With all the remodeling you would never guess it is 20 years old, looking classier than ever! The food is amazing with great portions sizes and great prices. The Veal Osso Bucco and Fruttie Di Mare are my favorite dishes on the menu and don't forget to try the truffle garlic loaf off the appetizers. The servers are always sweet and professional and don't hesitate to follow their suggestions! The wine list is great and best to serve any taste bud as well as the dinner and lunch menu. Please Try It Is Amazing!!!!

The Prices are great and the food is to die for! The portions are huge you will definatly be eating left overs the next day. I have been going to Mama Mia's for over 10 years and the service and menu is better now than ever!! Other restaurants may not make it through this economy but Mama Mia's will stand forever!

This restaurant always has good reveiws as you can see. I am here to say it is for good reason. I can't belive that it has been there for so long and I never tried the place out. I am from Sicilia Italia and this is even better than Mom's cooking, don't tell her I said so!

Everything I had made me say WOW! The food was awsome and the sevice was great. It was warm with lighted candles everywhere! Can't belive that they were there 20years and I never tried! I recommend this place to all!

The food is the best! Everything tasted so fresh and was made to order. The huge portions left me eating delicious leftovers for 2 days. Their Appetizer Sampler was a taste of all from the apps menu and there was not one that I didn't enjoy! My husband and I ordered from the 'dinner for two' dishes. We had Chateubriand. It was 40oz of beef tenderloin with mushrooms, tomatoes, and peppers, with redskin potatoes. It was served with soup, salad, and melt in your mouth garlic rolls. For dessert, are you ready?! Fried cheesecake and banana with ice cream from the Sushi Room that is the Japanese side of the restaurant with a sushi bar! My server was professional and dead on with his recommendations. The restaurant was clean and steady in business but we didn't have to wait long for anything. I obviously recommend to all to try it for yourselves!
