La Clinique Soleil has a great staff and is my go-to place for emergencies and regular check-ups. I made an appointment and after filling out paperwork, I was seen in 15 mins. The physician assistants are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They are easy to talk to and do everything they can to help you and want you to get better. They aren't there to make a quick buck, they truly want you to be healthy. When I go, I ask to be seen by Melissa or Jennifer. They are the best! Even the staff that checks you in is extremely helpful and makes sure you get in and get out as quickly as possible.
Stay away from this place!!!! Bad service. They are listed as my PCP and the insurance I have is only accepted during the week. Could not even be seen as urgent care and I had a broken finger. Never in my like have I heard of such a thing to not accept insurance on the weekend. Like I said avoid at all costs. Did not even open on time. They don't give a care about patients.
I have been a patient of this clinic for many years now (more than 5) as Dr. Bacchelli (the director) is an excellent doctor and take his time with the patients so I had put up with the long waits, the mostly rude staff and the bit outdated facily but it was not until recently when my insurance provider changed that i was aware of what else was going on behind the scenes and I was hit with a bunch of unexpected charges.
Aparentely if you go without and appointment, after 5 pm or on weekends they tag an additional $125 (Urgent care service fee) on top of whatever the doctor will bill you after that. Nowhere this is disclosed and you are supposed to ask if you need to find out about it (uh?), also the doctor charges you based on the lenth of the visit and how much he rights on your chart so you visit could cost you up to $350 on top of the previosly mentioned fee and whatever test and meds you might need...
so before you decide to be admitted into this place, make sure you bring your time watch and ask ahead how much this will cost you.... you might be better off going to a full service emergency room based on your insurance coverage.
