        Overall

        Charged $195.00 to change faucet handle. Price was not same as quote--they spent under 10 minutes in house. TOTAL CROOKS.

        Would not recommend their services

        Few years ago they replaced a condenser unit for me without first applying for a permit. They left the electric box open and didn't replace it. Although they charged extra to provide coating to protect the equipment they didn't do so. On top of it all they over charged me. I continued to have AC problems and finally a little over five years the unit's compressor failed, requiring me to go through the expense of replacing the whole AC system. Normally a unit like these should last at least ten years. Their customer service person John was very rude when I called few days ago to get a quote for a new unit and the price he quoted me was $1500 higher than what others proposed for the same brand and same efficiancy unit. I would recommend to stay a way from them.
