I brought my $95,000 BMW to this car wash as a new transplant to Miami from the west coast. I have to self wash a ridiculously high maintenance car like this. I have no choice. Self serve washes in Miami are impossible to find. I wash my car and detail it EVERY WEEK by hand. Its hell, but its worth it to keep the vehicle looking showroom new. That translates to good money for self serve wash owners. I am their best customer. Unfortunately I must use buckets or I get swirling and damage to my vehicle.
This place has the right to have a no bucket policy, but when I am accosted by the owner, lectured and told I dont know anything about detailing cars, have to listen to him brag about his brush and how much better it is than my detailing materials, told that im clueless when it comes to preventing swirls, have to listen to his half retarded employee laugh and mock me as they walk away, as I stood there in astonishment and total silence .... the whole no bucket policy seemed a bit extreme.
I was approached and warned that bucket washing is not allowed. I hadn't seen the sign. I told him I still use his vaccums, his water, his soap, and everything to rinse and prep the car. He did not care. He began his schpeel bragging about how he's been washing cars for 20 years and telling me that I know nothing. I told him I guess he's lost a customer and he told me ""Then dont come back"". I seriously was polite, humble, and quiet with this guy and he was a total d*ck.
I am a business owner, and I highly suggest you dont support this guys business if you understand the value of basic human decency from small business owners.
Keep in mind this guy has nearly 8 to 10 car ports and they were all COMPLETELY EMPTY aside from me. Nobody else was there. Had he bothered to be a cordial person rather than a d*ck, he would have seen me there 4 to 5 times a month, spending more money than anyone else. Despite my buckets.
I'll take my money elsewhere, and I suggest you do too.
Some complain about the price of the initial 4 minutes ($2.50), but for those of us who do not live near one of the better full-service car washes, this is a great self-service car wash. This is especially true if you are like me and want to degrease and wash your engine and engine compartment, and get up under the fenderwells and bottom of the car, which is something the "full service" car washes don't do, and why I bring my cars and truck to this place. After I do all of that, THEN I take my car or truck to a full service car wash and have them detail it. It's a very well laid out and clena facility and everything works. I dare anyone to find anything better in this area.

The owner is not friendly, their ""No bucket allowed"" policy makes the chance of getting the car clean slim if you won't spend a fortune. For a price of $2.50 you get about 4 min which makes about $15 to get the car (tires, rims) even close to clean.
But if you just want to give your car a bath - this is the place for you !!!

While a (apx.) 4 minute spray is $2.50 in quarters, the facility is clean, spacious and unlike most car washes, everything works. There is plenty of room when exiting the bays to dry your car and clean it further if necessary. A well kept, professional operation.
