called appliance MD to fix my fridge, i ask if they can schedule an appointment, and the dispatcher tells me the tech cant do it on friday nor monday or after 5... so i make arrangement so my wife can be there for the tech to come sometime after 2pm and 3:45 rolls around still no call from the tech. i call the dispatcher back and only to find out THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE CALLS AFTER 3PM. they have an answer service center that take your call and hope for the best, left a message, and a some time later i get a call from the tech (by now im aggravated) the guy tells me: "oh im a LITTLE LATE im in coconut grove and ill be there in about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours..." im like wtf??? really i had my wife waiting all of this time off from work only so you will end up coming after 5 anyways??? i told him: DON'T BOTHER, and as I hang up he says "Great!" Guess he wanted to go home early. Owner Wayne G even gives his service only 2 stars. What a joke! I would never let this company in my home.

Appliance MD technician repaired my Miele Dishwasher. He was prompt and efficient and he also knows about the product. Thanks again great job.

Awful. Unless you are a masochist, avoid them. The only thing worse than their service is the warranty on the products (Danby) they (don't really) service.

We have been dealing with these people through our warranty contract from Home Depot. The appliance that is in need of service is a 3 year old dryer. We have been waiting for part for 3 months now. When you call there is only ONE person in the shop and they have limited and/or NO knowledge. I have been without my dryer for 3 months with no relief in sight. I would rate these peoples customer service, but they don't have any. I would NEVER deal with them again nor with any item or warranty from Home Depot.
