I called American Local Locksmith in the area to change the locks on my new apartment, and Dave was great: knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and responsive. I'd gladly use American Local Locksmith again they are very Good!!!!!!!

LOVE American Local Locksmith! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off!

Great to work with - we'll definitely be using him for future locksmithing!

Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in.

I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring.

Service does not get much better then this. Fair pricing, very quick and thorough response to inquiries.

Virtually no wait time for service provider to come out, job was not rushed. This type of service is so rare it has become the exception rather then the rule.

I called American Local Locksmith based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.

How can you not be amazed by a company that already has a solid five stars? Thanks for making it easy to pick a locksmith!

1st Star: < has 24/7 service.
2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be.
3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job.
4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed.
5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got.

I would not hesitate a second to recommend American Local Locksmith to anyone.

WOW! I don't know what else to say. I called American Local Locksmith on Wednesday and he gave me a great breakdown of what I was looking for, which is was a deadbolt installation. He was very informative and helpful. I called him again on Friday to set up a time and he made time in his schedule for a Saturday installation, in less than 24 hrs!

The install was fast and he was super friendly and professional. Dave is quite personable and I really enjoyed having such a nice person to coordinate with.

If you need a lock install, you can't do better. I honestly would say that working with American Local Locksmith has been my most pleasant interaction with a service company in the area EVER.

The reviews are true - American Local Locksmith are great! Called yesterday after a bad experience at the hardware store and he arrived today, installed the lock and cleaned up too! He was able to quickly access my door and what was needed to get the job done. Above all he was prompt, nice and provided excellent service!

American Local Locksmith was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us.

We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps ""fixing"" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all!

Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in the area are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). He advised me that if he didn't think he could fix it he would refer us to someone else in the area. I found this to be very honest and helpful.

Luckily, he was able to help us! He was thorough, professional, and fast and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommended him to anyone in need of a locksmith.

Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in the area that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up).

Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done.
