My friend and I decided on the Broadwalk because their menu seemed to be for a real Italian restaurant. We weren't disappointed! We shared a Caesar salad which was big enough for two. I ordered the Veal ala Angelo, and she had the Chicken ala Angelo This was a terrific variation of the usual "parmigiana" dishes. The veal and chicken had a layer of eggplant below the mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. Wecould taste each of the flavors. Perfectly al dente pasta (zitti garlic and oil) and really good garlic rolls came with the dinner. Our server, Ashley, couldn't have done better. The main courses arrived just after we finished the salad. She was cheerful and attentive. Although, I'm considered a big eater, I still had to take home a doggy bag. It was great to find a place serving real Italian food on the Broadwalk.
Love this place! Perfect for brunch on the weekend! The service was superb and the food was very delicious
If you like casual, Florida and an amazing burger, this is the place! The atmosphere is SO MUCH FUN and the drinks were excellent, too. The biggest problem was HORRIBLE service! Our waitress didn't seem to care how long everything was taking, we felt completely ignored! But hey, it's a great place to bring your out-of-town guests to soak up a unique atmosphere of toilets and sinks, watch some boats go by, see the water sparkle, and feast on a fat yummy chunk of ground beef.
The food taste awesome its HEALTHY and FABULOUS, if you're looking for something after a great workout, or you may just want to eat to change your lifestyle, then this is the place!
Very good service, nice people and attentive. The price pays for the view and the food. A had a quick stop in Hollywood, glad I came here to eat.
I've been there about 3 times, service is ok food is ok. Most of the place is outside seating however they were very rude when I asked if I could bring my dog. Almost as if I had insulted the person I was speaking to
This restaurant deserves NO STARS! I ate dinner & had drinks tonight and was charged Double for my husbands drinks! He ordered 5 drinks & was charged for 10. The bartender Naomi (I think) said he asked for doubles but they were in very small glasses that would not have held two shots & soda. Not only did he not ask for doubles they were certainly not double in strength. When we were confronted with the bill the novice Manager Sam called us liars saying she trusted her bartender over us, despite admitting being employed there only two weeks. Despite the fact that I had 5 vodka cranberry drinks they would not budge on the fact that my husband ordered 10 for himself... And we were ordering at the same time. This place and the bartender I believe is called Naomi and Manager Sam are thieves! They said: "that's what the bill is and you have to pay it" and threatened to call the police. They rip customers off & have no respect for proper customer service. I will NEVER eat here again.
can't believe how much I LOVED the fish sausage (and I don't even like fish) BUT this was spicey and sweet and very yummy. I will be back for more......
Loved the lunch buffet! Great place for that home cooked taste, Mediterranean style. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a healthy alternative for lunch.
I visited caravan grill today for the first time, I work locally. No one greeted our group of 5 and it took a while for the staff to notice we were there. Two gentleman behind us actually walked out and went to subway because there was no one assisting us. I wish I did the same. I ordered a falafel wrap, the menu stated it came with chips. I asked what the chips were and the server said "lays", I asked if I could switch and she said no, I ordered it anyway. The falafel was the same price as the chicken and beef. It came with "caravan sauce" we asked what it was, the answer was "red"...The wrap arrived and it was soggy, sparsely filled with a few limp pieces of iceberg lettuce and a thin tomato. The falafel itself was not fresh/crispy on the outside and obviously had been re heated. It was also soggy. There were no chips on the side... I asked about the chips and the server said they were "inside"! I could not see any chips inside my wrap, although I still can't understand why any restaurant would do this! The server was not polite and was almost running away from me when I asked her about the chips. The service was disappointing, but the food was more so. The falafel wrap was bland and I would not order it again. As someone who has spent time in Israel and tasted falafel at a few Israeli and Lebanese restaurants, I was very disappointed. If a Mediterranean restaurant do not make fresh falafel OR even serve it with hummous, it doesn't seem right to me. Honestly, it's an insult to call what I ate falafel. The people I ate with also did not enjoy their meal. The French fries were fine. Needless to say, I will not be returning. On top of this, the meal was overpriced. I did not finish my food and you could not pay me to come back.
