I had a service charge on my bill that I was unaware of because it was not on the last bill I received. I went into Thomas Lp on Monday and purchased a gas heater. I then inquired about the voucher from community action. I was told I had a balance on my account that I was aware of plus a service charge that I was unaware of. The lady told me she didn’t know what it was and asked if I could come back the next morning so she could asked the driver that put it on my account. I was unable to get off work so I called. I spoke to the lady and asked her if she had found out exactly what the service charge was from, she said she did not know and told me to hold on. I am sitting waiting on her to come back to the phone and the Big Bad Wolfe got on the phone. He was being very disrespectful, yelling, threatening to send my voucher back to community action, threatening to hang up the phone. So I asked what are you talking about, I just wanted to know exactly what the charge is for and he told me he didn’t know what it was for, but it was on my account and I owed it. So I asked him who was I speaking to and he proudly said this is Barry Thomas I am the owner! I asked him is this how you treat your customers. This was a very bad experience and to know that this is how the owner treat customers. He treated me like I was trash. He need customer service training and a heart!
