The service was great and the food was amazing. I was blown away when I heard they had steak and lobster in Hollister lol. This meal was way better than Black Angus hands down.

Great food--an incredible menu which includes tons of wonderful seafood, salads, sandwiches...and it's all excellent. They are also super accommodating, permitting my guests to basically put together their own entrees per specifications, and it was delicious. The service is great, very welcoming and personal, remembering your little idiocyncracies. My only complaint is a somewhat higher noise level, but that's because it's in a historic building, with a giant open vault front and center, so the groovy ambiance makes up for the slightly higher noise. Great food, great service, great restaurtant!
we had a very nice experience at Pendergrass Friday evening, about 7:00pmit was very busy and we waited for a table, we were offered a room in the back because of our large party of 6, our appetizer of stuffed mushrooms was hot and good...our dinner was very good, steaks cooked right and rice and vegetables were very flavored with delicious herbs...i will go back !!!
