        We had a cut above tree removal do 3 large pine trees on my property they worked together and very pleased with the outcome would recommend anyone call them

        A Cut above Tree service from ...

        A Cut above Tree service from Holland Patent, NY does a bad tree service job. They ask for a deposit weeks before they even start a job. Do NOT ever give a deposit to them. After getting my deposit, they delayed in starting the job for weeks. Subsequently after this incident, I heard that they have done this to other customers as well
        Their work is well below standard. They made a mess of my lawn. They did not clean up after their work. Do NOT be fooled by their low estimates. Trust me, it will cost you more in the long run. STAY AWAY from this company. Please learn from my mistake. I do not want another person be lied to and cheated. Owner is Dean Mortise. He is nice until he gets your deposit and afterwards, he is very rude.

        I have used Dean's services in the past and had no complaints. They did the work as requested and cleaned up when done. I have just called them to take down another tree for me.

        Does not do the job agreed on. Did property damage, left a mess for me to clean up. In the end this work is going to cost two to three times what it should have been. Basically a crook.

        Showed up a day late, got paid...

        Showed up a day late, got paid without finishing and a week later I still wait for them to come back. Really giving me a run around.

        Good pricing and good work only drawback is that if they are unable to come when they are scheduled there was no communication from them to that fact, thus making the customer frustrated. Could make things much better with just a simple phone call.
