Great pizza! But terrible staff. They're rude to customers. And they treat other employees very poorly. I would not recommend dining in there!

Thin crust tastes frozen not fresh, honestly i could get better in the frozen pizza aisle at Meijer! I have tried many many different types of pizza and this would be last on my list. Sorry guys but if yoyr speciality is going to be pizza have good pizza.
This is not the location of this business, don't follow the directions or you won't eat there. This map takes you to downtown businesses, not Crust 54. Update please google.
The night we went the food was really good. It was so nice to taste Giordano's pizza again. Unfortunately the service was a terrible experience. We had a server who was as slow as a sloth. You could find her though if you didn't mind going over to where she was standing holding up a wall. We waited close to 10 minutes before she came to the table for our drink order. She dropped the entire tray of drinks on the way to the table so she had to start again. I ordered a salad and found her at the wall and asked her about it. It didn't come and didn't come so when a server served a salad at the table next to us I asked her to check on it then our original server came to ask how many salads we'd ordered. By the way the table next to us had been seated at least 15 minutes after we were. The salad finally came and the pizza not long after. She did not serve either. Not a good first experience.
Didn't even get a chance to eat there before my car was totalled by a Pizza Ranch delivery driver. Brett made me aware that he didn't feel the need to apologize for putting a single working mother out without a vehicle or a week without work. He states that he will not do special favors for people who are cut off by his delivery drivers. Although in this case, his driver ran a stop sign at 35mph causing my 3 year old son and I to get banged up, he still didn't feel we merited any sort of compensation. Hopefully no one chokes while eating there! The most you'll get is his insurance information!
Hello,I am writing this regarding the Jets Pizza in Holland on Washington. I have a severely autistic son he is 11 years old. He loves your Jets bread so a few times a week I take him to get bread for a treat after he is done with school. My son cannot speak and has difficulty communicating. Every time we go to pick up his bread he wants a pop. I never know which one he wants though because the pop is behind the counter. Most of the time I just guess. A few months ago we came in and an employee named Riley was working. My son was trying to point to the pop he wanted and she told me to let him come behind the counter. He grabbed the one he wanted and the look on his face was priceless. Every time we go in if he sees her working his face lights right up. I am so impressed with her. It may seem so small but she has no idea how much she makes my sons day when we go in and she is there. Unfortunately for my son most people never recognize how they can help him, Riley did. She is such a pleasant and nice person. I know it seems small but with the challenges my son faces in the world it is so refreshing when I meet someone that cares and takes the time to help him.Thank you for the great customer service,Michelle MociniHolland MI
Poor service, pizza ok. Waited 1 1/2 hours for pizza! Unacceptable, no apologies for the service only excuses.
YP, asks what I would say If I told my best friend about this place. So, my honest to GOD opinion is, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. As an avid pizza eater I was VERY displeased in the "establishment". I have been hearing all this hype from others in the community (dont let this fool you.. just their personal friends) So i went in to check it out myself after seeing some postings from them on facebook.... Which according to the comment before mine, they are always busy ?? According to their facebook they''re always Dead... and for good reason. .. THE WORST was the Service... Very unkept, unprofessional bunch of rude kids who would rather be smoking a cig than greeting you properly (I know they were smoking because they walked right in from outside and REEKED OF IT! Didnt even WASH THEIR HANDS!) My pizza was chewy and salty (like it was in the warmer for a day too long).. The dark haired girl at the counter didnt seem to care " thats how its made" she said. Also Ive been told OVER AND OVER and they seem to advertise their bread as "homemade" HA HA .. Go to panera for bread.. just trust me on that. ..I know this seems harsh.. But the reason Im writting all this is because even though it was bad the first time, I was going to give it another shot today... .But No one answers their phones?? Ive seen someone else complaining about this as well. Maybe if they actually TRAINED their Staff (or got a new team), worked on customer service, cleaned the restaurant a bit, and got a new recipe.. Ill go back, other wise I think they are bringing Downtown Hollands standards down.
why have a list of wings on your online menu if you do not sale. cause i wanted hot honey bq wings and i could not get them cause they told me "you do not sale those here.
Pizza lovers beware, you may never leave this place, it is the best pizza in the universe. Not expensive, great customer service. I wish they had booze but oh we'll. I suggest you call ahead for your Chicago style pizza as it can take up to two hours on busy days as they seem to be always busy but it's worth the wait.
