My family and I have used Sheldon cleaners on Douglas st in Holland for years I recently took In 6 pairs of expensive jeans to pick them up with red dye on all of them I called the owner immediately she told me to bring them back in and they would re clean them received a phone call a few days later that they were ready to be picked up looked them over quickly at the cleaners everything seemed fine got them home my husband goes to put a pair on and notices the label on the back of his pants which was once white has now been turned to blue look a little closer and we realize the color of the jeans is completely different as if they have been dyed I would never ever recommend them to anyone how do you ruien 160$ pair of jeans to only compensate us by taking 6$ off a cleaning we still hadn't picked up I am utterly disgusted and pissed with the service I recieved

We had a problem with Sheldon Cleaners too - they simply did not clean our clothes in one visit. They say "it rarely happens", that was what the rude management lady of the Holland Location said to me. Rarely happens? Rarely happens that you take money but forgot to provide the service? No, that should NEVER happen. I have used cleaners all my life and I am 52 years old. They used to provide a great service and starch shirts like cardboard, remember that? Not anymore. Ask for heavy starch and see what you get back. They blame it on chemical companies and everything other than their profit model has changed. God, I hate inefficiencies in organizations who pretend to provide a service and then forget, but don't forget to collect for the service not rendered. Stay away from this incompetent organization. If you value the clothes you wear, the way you look in this world, don't let this company ruin either for you. When brought to their attention, this incompetent and rude lady was highly offended at the suggestion that they bear any responsibility for this, truly amazing. I will be filing a lawsuit against this location and requesting class status so everyone who has had an issue can get reimbursed.
