Way over priced. Would not negotiate. Did not disclose that vehicle was Lemon Law BMW buyback. Staff was very rude. Found exact same vehicle with no lemon law history and 20k less miles for 4000 less after negotiating. Buyer Beware

Wonderful addition to Holland.. As an enthusiast and amateur tinkerer it's like driving by a car show daily..A lot of really clean and straight classics and muscle cars, and a great inventory of exotics in the showroom.Save your pennies.
Buyers beware , these guys do not stand by there words and they do not maintenance there vehicles. My truck I bought from them a week ago all ready need a oil change and I spent $400 in tires already !
I recently bought a 2013 VW from European Autohaus and I couldn't be happier with my purchase, or the customer service I recieved at the dealership. The car was in beautiful condition, very clean, well detailed and true to the photos on the website. The staff were very helpful, friendly and there was no pressure to make a purchase.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and would gladly do business with them again.
MARKETING SCAM. I was tricked into thinking I won a TV from their most recent marketing scam. Let me explain this to you. First, they send you a card in the mail explaining how you've won a 55" 4K TV. They give you a number that you must call to confirm your prize. You're then lead through a handful of questions gathering information about how much money you make and whether you're in the market for a new vehicle. Then out of the blue the call ends... Then you head into their office to claim your new TV. A salesman gathers all of your personal information and then tells you that unfortunately you did not win a TV. You ask why you didn't win, because the flyer and the fine print both explain that you did in fact win. You then get the response that "We hired an outside marketing firm to run this promotion to get people in the door. We don't agree with their tactics, but hey, here's a losing $2 scratch off ticket. Oh and by the way, what type of car are you looking for today? We have lots of great inventory out here." What a joke! I'll never do business with Seeyle. If it were possible to give them negative stars I would. I wish I knew what they intend to do with all of my personal information that they gathered... I'll most likely be getting a cold-call sometime soon from one of their salesmen trying to sell me a car. Thanks for wasting my time.
I want to thank JP Vanderburg for taking care of my issue on July 20, 2016. He was very understanding and offered free labor to fix my fog light. If anyone has any issues, I recommend you talk to him at 616-394-5505.
Make sure you have a 3rd party do a through inspection prior to purchasing anything from these guys. They do not stand behind the cars they sell. 1 month post purchase and I have had to put $2500 into a vehicle with only 62,000 miles.
We bought our Tiguan Volkswagen from Here about a month ago! We absolutely love, love it!! The service we received was outstanding! Happy, happy customers!
Tom and Dave owners of Yes Auto Holland are the best people I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Integrity, honesty, fairness and top notch vehicles. They are the finest people I have had the pleasure to buy a car from. No need to go anywhere else. They are the best.
I just bought a Jetta from these guys. Terry was fantastic to work with and I left feeling like I got a great car and a great deal. Which I did. I called him a week before and told him what I was looking for and he found it for me. I feel he was fair with my trade and the price of the car I purchased. As far as other reviews about them not giving you the amount for your trade that they said they would over the phone. No car dealer anywhere is going to commit to a price over the phone. Also they do sell manufacturer buybacks but the cars that are buybacks are clearly listed on their website. They also could be a good deal since VW and Audi refurbish them and provide an extra warranty with. Maybe not for everyone but the prices are lower. Bottom line do your homework on what you want to buy and then go see Terry at European Autohaus.
