        I was preparing to sell a home and I engaged GDS to inspect the home so that I could address any issues which might have been a stumbling block to a potential sale. Gary completed the inspection in a timely manner and promptly provided me with a detailed report. I later shared the report with a potential buyer who then purchased the home "as is". Gary is a consummate professional who performs his services at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Gary (GDS Home Inspections) without reservation.
