We bought a used Maytag HE Washer here....top-loader. Well, the kid that delivered it ran the diagnostics on it, told me to put in my laundry, hit the Start button, and walk away and not let it drive me crazy because it ran long cycles. So I did as he said and an hour later, it was still on Wash! Another hour, it was stuck on Spin and doing nothing. So I called the store and Johnny came out the next morning to see if he could fix it. He couldn't and laughingly told me that "a bug" had destroyed the board in it...a BUG? I was upset and he laughed at me! He said he'd send out a better machine and take that one back the next day. I had my son get the thing out of our house after Johnny left. The next day, he kept his word and did send out a newer model of the same machine, with all the lights and bells and music. I was really thrilled and wanted it to work. Well, it was the same old thing......2 hour cycle, never spun, clothes were dripping wet. So, my man called Johnny......and, to end this tale......I had given Johnny my old machine and an old dryer.......Johnny gave me a smaller version of my old machine, same brand and model, and charged my fella $200 for it!! So I wouldn't buy here. We have dealt with this place for years and this is the treatment we get?? HA! This guy should be in jail!!!
