Completely aweful they don't pick up there packages for weeks, then then they blame everything on "adverse weather" then when you ask what weather there is they say they don't know. You look it up on google and its sunny 60° F with not a cloud even near the place and not windy. They are full of lies and there is no customer service involved. The customer service is always in the Philippines and when you ask to speak to someone in the us after they can't solve your problem because "there is nothing we can do" they say we can't transfer you to the us because its "randomly routed, and its not in our policy " I'm surprised ups is still in buisness. I ordered my package on march 8th. With a promise to be here within 3 days. Once ups got there hands on it it became "unsure" it is now the 20th. Still no package and another text saying ups delayed it again. Bs
By the time I get this package, this facility will at least have had it a week past when they were supposed to send it on.Usually UPS is great, but this facility is awful and needs some serious reworking. I can understand some delays, but that is ridiculous.
UPS truck broke a bunch of traffic laws in Oak Park in front of main PO on Lake Street. All to go a 1/2 block ahead to the UPS store On Lake, East of Oak Park Avenue.Can I get through to someone at UPS Hodgkins to report the truck and it's #? Think NADA. This after leaving a message hours ago...
Packages get stuck and don't move for days once they arrive at this facility! I do not want to have to file a complaint against them... I think anything of value to this facility, they rip you off by keeping or losing your package...
I ordered a repair part from an online company. Cant get it any stores. It shipped right away. Same day. Awesome! I'll get this part n have my stuff fixed in no time. WRONG! It Arrived at Hodgkin facility on Sunday at noon and did not leave until 3 days later. I will request fed ex the next time I order anything. Or at the very least USPS. Which I've never had a y problem with.
I have been trying to locate a package that was routed through the UPS black hole known as Hodgkins, IL. After two days emailing back and forth with a so-called customer representative, all the information I got was that I should keep looking at the tracking screen for more information. So I finally called the Hodgkins, IL number listed on google and got, of course a robot, which gave me an 800 number, which I called and got another robot, who lied and said that customer service was closed. I would not hang up and kept communicating by shouting the word "supervisor" into the phone, which all robots seem to understand, thankfully, and after a 12 minute wait, I got a real person. That person "checked" on the package and finally said that Hodgkins was hopelessly screwed up because of the holiday, but that they had called in more people to work and that my package was scheduled to be delivered on January 3rd. It took me 4 days and a lot of persistence to finally get what I believe may be the truth. So much for customer service. All they seem to do is say how sorry they are. Not as sorry as I am that Amazon is still using UPS as a carrier.
My package has been sitting there 4days tracking says there is a facility outage ??? It is a UTv return part worth 450.00 can't seem to get ahold of anyone ???
All these reviews are real. They lost a very large 57lb package that says Rough Country in very large letters all over the box. This is about 5’ tall & they say it’s lost. Still under investigation 6 days later. They even called the sender to see if it was sent while I was on hold even though the tracking states that it arrived in Hodgkins. Really? Still out my parts & my $450. Not happy
No actual phone to call there, and every single package of mine and my family's that goes through there is either delayed or lost.
