For years these guys and I had a good relationship. I paid my bill, setup contracts and they inspected the system. Then I moved. I asked for the remainder of the 2 years contract money back. It was less than a year in to it. No go. No information to that point had told me they were going to do that. I asked why. Well the contract isn't with me it is with the system. Odd I don't think the system PAID FOR IT. I want my money back. Stay away from ANY long term contract with these people.

Update: Reluctantly the company did return my money. After replying to the BBB complaint that this paid for service where the technician stops by to maintain the system equates to an extended service contract on a dishwasher. Hint: it does not. Again as long as you plan to stay there this folks are great. If ANY thought of moving, use caution when signing contracts for long term.

they did show up and repair my well the same day I called them but the charge 2x what other companies in this area charge for the same service! I wish I had called around for quotes before I had them fix my well. I would have saved $138.00! They charged me $350.00 for what other companies quoted me $200-$215. I will never use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were really good on cleaning our septic and they were out with in days to clean our septic. They were nice and friendly and did an excellent job.

During the recent floods my water well suffered major damage. As soon as the flood water went down I called them. Within the hour someone came out and assessed the damage, they brought in dirt to fix the 15 ft sink hole it created, repaired the tank and busted pipes, relocated the tank and had us up aND running before it even got dark. This is the second time we've had them out for repair after a major storm event, last time was during Ike. They did the same thing, within an hour someone was there and they got it fixed right away. It really means a lot that a company is willing to make their customers feel top priority during a disaster. We've never had to wait (which we would have understood considering we weren't the only ones without water after flood damage ) and they were always professional and worked hard to get everything done quickly.

I am very disappointed! While purchasing my new home, my home inspector felt I should have the well and septic further inspected and told me I should call Ricky Bonds. I was told it would be $400 to inspect both. I was already alarmed because I just paid $425 to the home inspector. Worse, they showed up, spent 30 mins there and said, that works, that doesn't work and that was it. I had to call several times to get a quote on the repair and got no actual inspection report. Really? $400 for 30 minutes. My home inspection lasted 8 hours and every inch was inspected for $425. I feel so robbed!
