McKeever Plumbing (MP) was to come by 2:00 PM; came at 4:30. We were having a problem with a "clogged" shower fixture. MP wasn't familiar with the "Rain Shower System" but believed blowing its line clean would solve problem. It didn't work. MP's next move was to disassemble it. MP subsequently twisted the "s-shaped" shower arm until it split open, rendering it useless and requiring its total replacement. We had it replaced next day, by another, at a cost of $175.00 for the fixture. Since we had to replace it in its entirety, instead of merely having it un-clogged by plumbers who knew how to do it, we requested reimbursement from MP for our cost for the NEW fixture. Now after a month later MP has subsequently responded to our many requests and then sent us a check.
