Prime Time Early Learning Centers

Both of my children have been at Prime Time since they were 12 weeks old. My oldest is almost 4 now. I did a lot of research into daycares in Hoboken, and overall we have been very pleased with PrimeTime. The staff has given our children excellent care over the years. If we have ever identified an issue of concern, staff and management have addressed the issue in a timely and appropriate manner. I couldn't ask for anything else. When it became apparent that another 3 year old child was acting out inappropriately in the classroom and trying to harm the other children, including my son, the situation was dealt with appropriately by the teachers and management. I truly feel that the safety, security, overall well-being (physical, mental, emotional) and development of my children are of utmost importance to this daycare. I recommend them without hesitation.

I was expecting a quality, nurturing, supportive and developmentally appropriate learning environment for my 3 year old. Instead I got poorly trained and overworked staff who handled toddler needs with aggression and inappropriate discipline. The Office of Licensing even substantiated my complaint of inadequate supervision and inappropriate staff actions. Additionally the administrative staff, equally poorly trained and experienced, treated us unprofessionally and with a lack of empathy one would expect from an educational institution, especially an early childhood care facility. The Hoboken center and executive office administrative teams also failed to report the lack of supervision and inappropriate staff actions-some who view the videotapes may describe the events in not so friendly terms.
