Interior Motif projected 5 weeks from measure date to installation and the blinds came in 3 1/2 weeks. They were flexible to accommodate my schedule for in home measurement and installation. Everything was clean plus super fast and simple. I love my Allure Shades! Outstanding guys! Keep up the good work! Thanks!

Great Salesman, Horrible Servi...

Great Salesman, Horrible Service. We received great service from the owner and office staff while deciding which window treatments to purchase, however, there was no follow through when it came to installation. The owner visited our house to take measurements, however, ordered the wrong sized blinds for three windows. He attempted to collect the balance due before agreeing to provide replacement blinds arguing that it’s normal for there to be a 2 to 3 inch gap between the blind and window casing. When replacement blinds were eventually ordered several weeks later, installation was sloppy -- blinds were installed at an angle and off center.

Perhaps the installers were replaced since the positive reviews, but they were not worth the money. We wish we had used another supplier that would take the time to do the installation correct.
