Manager Bree does not honor online app order prices. I was overcharged and I showed her my email confirmation of order and total and still refused to make correction instead gave a senseless excuse for overcharging.

I got a 20.00 gift card from Ibotta and I chose this place. I ordered online and they were having a special that day. I got 2 pizzas and garlic bread sticks for a little over 20. The pizzas were very delicious. The crusts and everything was out of this world. I have been to every Pizza place in hobbs and their Pizza isn't as good as this place.
Hands down best customer service I have seen in a while. ..impressed to say the least..I have used their delivery service on several occasions and I am always very satisfied. ..great team
HORRIBLE!!! Waited 2 hours for a pizza delivery that never showed up! They better not charge my card. We walked in one other time, sat down and ordered, waited an hour and a half, complained REPEATEDLY, and never got our pizza! How are they even still in business???????
This is the WORST Pizza Hut experience ever! We ordered at 9:30 and were told a ETA of 10:30. When we called to check the status (at 10:45) they said they would have a manager call us. That never happened. So we called back 20 minutes later and were put on hold for 10 minutes. FINALLY the pizza got to us (might I add we were only 3 miles down the road for them). The only thing hot was our drinks! The pan pizza was so thin and cold you can break a tooth trying to bite into it. Not to mention our cold breadsticks had NO seasoning on them. So after we decided the cold nasty pizza was unacceptable, we tried calling back. Apparently they sold us the last disgusting pizza and closed shop. They would not answer our calls (most likely because of caller ID). Needless to say CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The is the biggest disappointment when you are 15 hours from home and have to be up at 5am. Poor service and customer care.
Ordered food at 6 pm, was told it would take 40 mins. And hour and a half went by and my food was ice cold. So I sent it back and called the store and told the manager. He personally delivered the food and it was actually hot. Why cant we follow standards set by the company to avoid cold food. You never let your drivers deliver more than 2 orders at a time!
