I didn't know when the screen showed you had 1 minute of wait time it actually meant you have to wait an hour for them to attend to you. How can you 14 patients and 3 doctors making people wait 2-3 hours at a time for service. I waited from 1
-3:30 before they attend us...worse place in Hobbs. Never coming here again.
I've been using AMG for me and my family since we moved here in 2007. Yes there are occasion quirks like any medical office, but I've found the service there to be accurate, professional, and good. There is a waiting time, but I've never been to a clinic where there isn't and they have gotten much better on this.
The staff is more than willing to answer questions and schedule you in if you need to be seen. I've found they a very polite if you are polite to them. Never had a problem with rudeness there, and I'm in there at least three times a year for diabetic check ups more if I need to be seen for anything else.

The receptionist that answered my call was very rude, she didnt direct me where I needed to be right away so I tell her I have a question and she gets ugly and attempts to interrupt me with "I can't answer your question" That's why I asked to be redirected you rude woman. Didn't like her at all.
We recently lost a good nurse practitioner in the Eunice Clinic, alot of her patients followed her from her own practice in Hobbs to Eunice when she went. I was wondering if thre is some way she might me able to become a nurse practioner in Hobbs again through American Medical Group. She is very thorough in her examinations and has referred many of her patients to this organization for blood work and x rays. She would be an asset to your organization and would increase your business, I know most of her patients are waiting to see where she goes so that they may follow her.
