Sales and selection are good. Sales personnel and office staff are pretty good. Service department is *BAD*. Terrible. Buy your car/truck there, by all means. Take it elsewhere for service.
There phone system has been down for like the past four years. If ya want a place to get ripped off come here. I've had a bad experience wish I could give zero stars. Worst place ever to buy a vehicle.
STAY AWAY from this dealership. I wish I had read these reviews before I had taken my car in for an oil change. $800 later it's been fixed by someone reputable. After trying to reach the Mgr. of the service dept., he finally called me back after two weeks. NOTHING was done to even try to compensate me. A simple oil change. Judging from all the reviews I have looked up regarding Permian Nissan, this is NOT a dealership that one wants to do business with. VERY SAD. I wonder what Nissan thinks of this.
Avoid this place if you can.WE ARE SENIORS and they had NO hesitation in RIPPING US OFF.We broke down in our Nissan Frontier a few miles outside of Hobbs, New Mexico.The truck started running rough and felt like it was not getting gas so I pulled over.The only place we could think of to have it towed to was a PERMIAN NISSAN, HOBBS, NEW MEXICO | Nissan USA the only dealer within miles.WHAT A MISTAKE. We ended up paying over $765.00 to have our fuel system cleaned out and told we had to have new spark plugs and wires too, YES $765+We understand that we must have gotten some dirty gas on our trip. But once they knew our desperation, as we were being towed in, they went in for the KILL! I know they could have probably just cleaned the fuel injection system and we would have been good to go, but instead they took advantage of the situation and milked us for every penny they could.We paid it since we had no other choice but when you are dealing with opportunist like this it is truly a shame.As seniors on a fixed income this is devastating and needless to say we felt we should warn others, if you can find another mechanic, and have the luxury of time do it, Please DO NOT give CROOKS LIKE THIS YOUR BUSINESS.I intend to write to the Nissan Corp and see if they can offer any relief.SENIORS BEWARE!!!!!
