I made a call to this shop, to get a quote on a wheel alignment for my Trailblazer. The Manager/Owner of the shop gave me a price of $70. I was told if I came now I that my suv would returned to my 12 noon. I made this call at 10:30 am. I left my house right away. I live a few miles away from the shop. I arrived at the shop at about 10:45am. The Manager/Owner tells me that it is first come first serve and he would Not be able to service my suv at all. Needless to say was upset because I had called ahead of time, but only that the man was rude, wave me off and went to the back as if to say fuck, you. I will never use this shop again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, to anyone, they do not know how to talk to people. One last thing, I was a returning customer, meaning that they had done work for me before. Never AGAIN:

Went here to get water pump replaced. Was quoted $280. When I mentioned my extended warranty, Manuel said ok, he would submit it. My deductible was $200. He called me back after the work was done, to sign paperwork for warranty company. Price had gone up to $376+. He told me it had nothing to do with me, when I questioned it. Said warranty Co. gave him those #s...so they asked you to charge them more?...right. I said I needed to call them, so he said he was cancelling my claim & i'd have to pay the $280. I said ok, & he got on phone pretending to call them, only I was truly calling them & asked about his quote. He lied about #s & never cancelled. I ended up paying the $280 & asked for owner's name & #, both of which he refused. I'm not letting this go, it's the principle of it all. & I will find the owner of this establishment. He still never cancelled the warranty, to get paid twice, & car is riding rough after this repair, but I don't want to take it back there.
Horrible, horrible, horrible! Do not go to this place. They put U-Joints ($440) on my Jeep. Still riding rough. New tires a couple of months later, still riding rough. 4.5 months later it's vibrating. At this point we're thinking maybe it's the engine, we got everything else fixed, right? Take it to a mechanic ($65.00) and there is play in the U-Joints that is not supposed to be there, hence the vibrating. Velasquez would do nothing to help us. Only would say that we needed our original receipt and that labor warranty is only good for three months. So, instead of fixing their shoddy work and making a customer happy, they chose to hide behind the "rules" They lost a repeat customer and not only will we never recommend them again, I am leaving this very honest review and telling everyone I know not to go there.
Owner is rude, foul, and I have a feeling they sell stolen parts.... people beware ........................
This place of Buisness is VERY dishonest!!! They damaged my car and was unwilling to correct their mistake. I had my car inspected by a reputable Buisness and they found that Velasquez damaged my oil pan. They also used a plug that was incorrect and tooooo big, which stripped the pan. I took the plug to the and informed them of it and I was spoken too rudely!!!! Use at your own risk. They told me it was my problem.
