Don't waste your time filling your prescriptions here. I'm sick, I'm tired, I hurt everywhere... They didn't know I had a prescription until I came into the store to get it. Not only that, there was NO ONE in the store because it was early in the day. I was told at minimum it would be 45 min. All I wanted to do was lay down. I told her I would wait for it, only to hear the words "well, it's still going to be 45 minutes" in a snippy tone. I received a call less than 2 min later saying it was ready for pick up. It wasn't. I ended up leaving, because I couldn't last sitting there that long. I called a few hours later and was told it was ready for pickup. Here I am now, 5+ hours later and I am told after paying for my prescriptions that it will be an additional 15 min so they can mix my second prescription. I am done with this place. Done. I only started coming here because it was closer to home. Publix has always treated me with respect and has never let me down. I regret ever changing.
