I am not joking when I say that I had the best time buying a vehicle at CarlBlack in Hiram. The vehicle was cleaned and delivered in a timely manner. The sales person John was kind and not pushy at all. Chris in finance helped me to get where I needed on payment. The store and people there are all new and for the better. The store is even getting re-modeled. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Just wanted to take a minute to share the experience I had with the staff at Carl Black in Hiram. The salesman, Steve Garner took several hours with me to finalize the sale of the vehicle that I wanted. He was professional, courteous, patient and extremely accommodating!

I found the truck Tuesday, it was ready Wednesday after being serviced, new tires installed and detailed as per our agreement.

Howell, the general manager, Gary in financing, down to the detailers and mechanics were all great!

They all went above and beyond what most dealers would do!!

Usually don't take the time to review much of anything but I was extremely impressed!!!
