        Georgia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center is a general and surgical dermatology practice comprised of offices throughout Georgia with locations including Dublin, Warner Robins, Macon, Conyers, Milledgeville, Thomaston, Forsyth, Tifton, Americus, Cordele, Douglas, Statesboro, Augusta and coastal offices in Savannah, Richmond Hill, Brunswick, Jesup, Blackshear, Waycross, and Hinesville. The organization is well established and well known having served in Georgia for over forty-five years. We specialize in the treatment of all types of skin disorders and the removal of skin cancer. Mohs surgery is performed by our Mohs surgeons in the Dublin, Warner Robins, Conyers, Augusta, Tifton, Hinesville, and Brunswick offices. We welcome new patients and referrals, and we accept most insurance plans. Our practice also has an in-house pathology lab located in Savannah that services our locations as well as several other practices in the area. Laboratory services include evaluation of skin biopsies and excisions, slide preparation and immunohistochemical staining.

        My son had a not so common thi...

        My son had a not so common third world skin disease and he got it from a mosquito that has bitten a cat, than bit my son. Dr. Sharkey was the only doctor that right off the bat, first time seeing my son, knew what it was. I was so relieved. He's a good doctor and I would recommend Dr. Michael Sharkey to anyone. The man knows his stuff about skin. And if I ever needed a skin doctor again, I would go right back to him. He's real good and a very nice man and his employees are very nice to.
