If you like feeling mistreated, used, and unsafe in your own car then this is the place for you!My husband and I bought 2 cars from here. 2 months later I traded my car in for a brand new dodge Journey. 4 days later we bring my in-laws in and they buy a brand new renegade. That's 4 vehicles in 3 months.This morning I start my car. The engines makes a grinding noise and the check engine light comes on. I drive straight to the dealership. After a long wait. I get help. I wish I got her name. She has greasy blonde hair and glasses but she definitely made herself re-memorable due to her unprofessional and Nasty attitude. Get told they can't look at it today and will have to wait until next week. I asked her, so I'm supposed to drive a car that I don't know if it's safe or not. She goes out back to find a tech. Comes back and tells me that they will read the code but if something is serious then I will have to come back next week or the week after. I asked again, So am I supposed to drive a car that is unsafe?If it is something serious that means you guys sold me a lemon. She got a nasty attitude and said I didn't sell you anything, I'm service so that's your problem.they read the code. Proceeds to tell me that they are not sure exactly what the cause is but out of the possible the most logical was I pumped gas with the engine running.( Now I'm pissed. Seriously? No) I asked her how does that even explain the grinding noise when I started the car? She says well you didn't tell me about the noise but it doesn't matter because it can only be one of the reasons on the list. They cleared the code and if it comes back on then we will do more tests to see what is the reason. My mind is blown. WOW! I would rather pay a fortune somewhere else for people with an actual education and knowledge just to have a piece of mind knowing my car is safe. Despite their 'fix' for my car I am more upset by the customer service. God only knows how many unsafe cars they have put on the road.
The WORST Dodge I have ever dealt with. The woman that answers the phones in the service department has 0 customer service skills and is aweful and rude and lied to me twice. My husband called and asked the status of our vehicle and so did I and we both got different answers every time from this terrible woman. My vehicle has been there for a week and still has yet to be diagnosed!!! They are slow, lazy and rude and if my vehicle was not delivered to them on a flat bed I would go up there and take my damn car somewhere else. I will NEVER go back. They never call anyone to tell them vehicle status, you have to call and pester them and they act like you are bothering them when you ask about your vehicle that they have had for weeks on end! Shame on this terrible place.
This dealer practices the oldest game in the book, good used car for great price to bring you in the door, then try to force you into a new car. Suddenly the car you want was just sold, hee what a shame but I have this great new car 4 u. No thanks . Run far and fast from this dealership

Their maintenance sucks. No ppl skills. Some of them try to refer you to their buddies down the street while your vehicles still on warranty.
I would definitely buy from Liberty again. They are very helpful.
This is a brushless wash so all it literally does is throw soap and water on your car l. It's not a wash, it's a rinse.
