        Overall

        I enjoyed the food here and waitress was very pollite. The food was fairly good as well. Environment was nice and the prices were really good. I will return seems like a nice place to take my grand kids.

        Nice decor, but that was about it.

        Everything was bland from the lemonade and sweet tea to the fried and broiled seafoods. The only thing my family and I found appealing was the salad. For most plates you get a sufficient amount of food that you would expect for the price, however, I'm sure there must be somewhere else that is a better overall experience for the money on Hilton Head Island.

        The entrees were very good, the hush puppies could have been better. Good atmosphere and service. Price was higher than expected.

        I'd go again!!

        We came to Hilton Head on vacation in January, while driving in we saw the sign for the Crazy Crab and it was also a suggested restaurant in the hotel directory. We went on a Tuesday night and pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves but the food was great! Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. I had she crab soup and alaskan crab legs, my husband had the fried seafood platter with flounder, shrimp, scallops, oysters and crab cakes, the scallop were so good that I almost ate everyone off his plate. The service was good as well, like I said there were only a few tables occupied so I don't know if the service is always that good. I was told that in the summer this place is hopping, but I would definitely go back if we every return to visit.

        we been going there for years....

        we been going there for years. always been great. it's busy in the summer, but worth the wait. the kids like watching the shrimp boats coming into the dock. large menu, lots to choose from. best crablegs on the island.
